The Korean Association for Political Criticism (KAPC) was founded
in December 2003, in order to advance a civic activity of political criticism which
plays a crucial role in democracy.

The KAPC also commits itself to cultivating public opinion, through the channel of which democratic politics should proceed.
We welcome every critical reflection, based on the ample insights into lively ideas from common life, which is able to modify
or orient political/social practices towards civility.

For that purpose, the KAPC intends to invent ¡®civic intelligence¡¯ by the combined networks of the press and academics.
